University of Bradford – Report and Support Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice should be read in conjunction with the University’s Privacy Notices for Students, and University Staff respectively:
All information that is provided to Report and Support will be held in confidence, and only the University staff who are dealing with your reported concerns will see the information that you have given.
There may be some exceptional situations where we have to disclose your concerns to other colleagues within the University or external third parties, where there are serious concerns about your health and safety or the health and safety of other people.
Wherever possible we will discuss such exceptional circumstances with you beforehand, unless in our view, the circumstances are so urgent that we consider that such disclosure is necessary to protect the vital interest of you or another person. In these circumstances, we will explain to you our reasons for doing so, and to whom we have disclosed the information.
By providing your information and the details of your concerns to Report and Support, you are consenting to the University processing all the information that you have provided, in accordance with the appropriate Privacy Notice (for students or staff) and the University’s Data Protection Policy.
